Complaints of harassment by students of other individuals – students, staff or administrators – will normally be addressed within the student judicial procedures outlined elsewhere in this Guide (See the section on Judicial Powers of the Constitution of the Students’ Association). In cases where harassment is alleged, an EEOC officer will be consulted as part of the process. Incidents of sexual harassment will be considered by a Dean’s Panel as outlined in the section of this Guide that describes the judicial options appropriate to allegations of sexual misconduct.
