I’d love to see the sterile condo buildings in the Pearl draped in big polka-dot satin ribbons. I want our sidewalks cast in primary colors.

I love what you’re trying to do, I’m on the Oldtown/Chinatown Neighborhood Association board, and work at an oldtown non-prof (www.sistersoftheroad.org). I don’t have any particular skills, but know a few folk. If there’s any way I can help, let me know.
