Senior Ian Holmes will be bringing to life the men’s lacrosse team trip to Australia beginning January 4, 2010.
Holmes, a goalkeeper, has been a part of a Fords lacrosse squad that improved from an 8-6 record his freshman year to 13-4 last season when Haverford won their first regular season Centennial Conference title, earned a first-round bye in the NCAA tournament and hosted a second-round game.
Heading into his final campaign Holmes’ Fords are 32-15 (.681) over three years and after losing only four seniors and one starter from last season’s NCAA team the Class of 2010 will most assuredly graduate as the winningest class in the program’s history.
