Hey Haverfordians!

Missing home cooked meals? Here is an easy 3 minute Mac N Cheese from for the days where the hot bar might not be your calling (or the line is just a little too long).

What you need:
1 Scoop of pasta from the Pasta bar
3-4 slices your choice of cheese (ripped up)
1/4 cup of Milk (about 3 seconds at the milk dispenser)

1. Put pasta and milk in bowl, ripping cheese up over the noodles. Give everything a quick stir.

2. Microwave on 30 second intervals, removing to mix cheese and milk in with the noodles in between.

3. Optional! Waiting for the Mac n Cheese to cool down for a longer period of time with make the sauce thicken up.

Spice it up! As always the salad bar is a puthera of great add-ins and toppings! Consider adding any of these along with the milk and cheese. Diced onions, diced peppers, diced tomatoes, leftover meat (shredded or cubed), a few tablespoons of salsa, 1/4 teaspoon dried mustard, 1/2 teaspoon chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika.
