Though meteorologists, astronomers and almanacs tell us that the official first day of spring occurred with the vernal equinox back on March 20, it doesn’t quite feel like spring here on campus until Pinwheel Day.
Between the abundant sunshine and the good vibes that hundreds of spinning plastic pinwheels spreads throughout campus it seemed like everyone was out on Founders Green for at least some of Pinwheel Day 2012. Relive the good times.
Due to this year’s relatively mild winter it feels like we’ve been enjoying blue skies and sun for weeks already, but it never truly feels like spring on Haverford’s campus until Pinwheel Day.
