There were crafts, film screenings, a clothing swap, and locally sourced food in the Dining Center as part of the campus’ myriad Earth Day 2016 celebrations.
Dining Services has implemented changes such as offering hot, fresh pizza at every meal, creating a section for composed salads at lunch, making new recipes with sustainable seafood, and focusing on local produce, including some grown right here on campus.
Last Thursday night was the 10th annual event, featuring a staged reading of the Aristophanes comedy in the Dining Center’s Sunken Lounge.
