Customs: Welcome to Haverford
Customs, Haverford’s first-year orientation program, marks the start of the college experience for all Fords. This year, in addition to perennial events like Dorm Olympics, a tree planting, a trust walk and the Honor Code presentation, students were treated to a Casino Night and flashmob performance. Move-In Day: The Semester Begins
Yesterday was the day we’d been waiting for since Commencement: the day the new first-year students arrived on campus! The Arboretum Celebrates Arbor Day
In honor of the 110th Arbor Day celebrated here on campus, the Arboretum staff held their annual tree planting, adding an Elizabeth magnolia to the campus’ 200-acre collection. Continue reading
