Summer Science at the KINSC

95 students conducted research, either individually or in groups, as part of the KINSC’s summer research program with 28 professors across departments in the natural sciences.

The Koshland Integrated Natural Sciences Center was hopping this summer! 95 students worked with 28 different faculty mentors or in labs on campus, conducting research in a range of areas from biology and chemistry to astronomy, computer science, math, physics, and psychology. (Even more student-scientists were supported by the Center to conduct research off-campus.)

On Sept. 19 many of these student will present posters or talks on the research they did over the summer at our Undergraduate Science Research Symposium, but you can get a sneak peak at their work in the gallery below:
