Account Message Mistakenly Sent

Please find below a message from IITS regarding a message that many of you received last night. The issue appears to be resolved. Some of you did not receive the message IITS refers to here, so please disregard this post.


Dear Student,

We’re writing to let you know that the message you received about 9 hours ago indicating that your Haverford account was to be deleted was sent in error. We are very sorry for this mistake.

We found a glitch that caused our student record-keeping system to have two records for you. We erased the duplicate record, which caused the system to send you that notice. The notice went out before we could catch it.

Again, we are very sorry for the inconvenience and confusion this caused you. Your account is, and will stay, fully intact.
