Gulas is traditional dish made from different types of meat like beef, pork and sometimes includes the intestines and liver. It is traditionally served with a side of bread or with knedliky (Czech dumplings). Needless to say, gulas is best enjoyed with a nice cold Pilsner to wash down this heavy meal.
