Business and the Liberal Arts

Here at the Haverford College Center for Career and Professional Advising, we see, speak, preach and – save for climbing the bell tower to yell from the top of our lungs – do all we can to promote to the world how a liberal arts eduction is one of the best overall ways to prepare for any career.  The skills that liberal arts students develop are unmatched – our graduates make are incredibly trainable and become well rounded industry leaders.

In particular, convincing the business community about the benefits of a liberal arts education in hiring is a tough task, so it’s nice to see a leader in the business community sending the same message!
