Not Egypt

Sunday, August 8th, 2010

Aight, so I’m feeling a little guilty about not posting enough blog stuff. Y’know, given that the CPGC gave us a ton of money and all. So I’m gonna post a few things about coming back.  reverse-culture-shock and other such pseudo-intellectual claptrap.

actually, going back to the US was awesome. I could speak the language and get a burrito ( the two were often related) and it wasn’t obscenely hot out. So much for terrible reverse shock and difficulties reassimilating and blah blah blah.

Anyway, I’m in israel now, which is a lot like Egypt but actually modernized.  It has like AC and everything. SO all in all, a good shift. still has feral cats, though.

also, I realize that this is the least funny post yet (on a blog made up of bad jokes). Terribly sorry.
