About

2011: Robin Riskin ’12 is in Accra, Ghana, organizing a community art project in Nima, and helping local artists archive their work and promote themselves online.

2010: I’m going to Accra, Ghana for my Center for Peace and Global Citizenship internship to work at the Junior Art Club, where I’ll be helping at-risk youth explore art as a way to develop creativity and enter the business world. We will be putting together exhibitions, making documentaries, hosting workshops, and leading other projects in art, journalism, and writing. My work is an on-the-ground effort in peace and global citizenship, exploring art and education as ways to mediate conflict. — Robin Riskin ’12
