Welcome to Serendipity Day Camp!
The day camp will run from June 25 through Aug 9, 2012. You can view and print the forms. (NOTE: If you are still seeing the forms from 2011, please clear your browser cache or try a different browser or computer) Please fill out all the information forms and mail them back to Serendipity Day Camp – 370 Lancaster Ave – Haverford, Pa 19041.
All checks should be made out to “Serendipity Day Camp” and mailed with the registration forms, for the first week of camp. All camp fees are due on the Monday of each session. Please return both the registration form and the health form.
